Job Decription:
Our Client is a Chartered Surveyor/ Property Consultancy and requires a Bid Proposal/ Client Business Development Manager for their London office. The role will consist of the following:
Working closely with partners to develop and deliver business development, client focus and marketing communication initiatives.
To implement new methods and formulate a consistent approach to business development firm-wide
Liaise closely with the marketing department in relation to the employer brand.
Coordinate client account reviews to ensure a consistent and planned approach across the firm.
Build on current business development initiatives within the firm.
Promote and coordinate a more structured approach to networking
Work with internal stakeholders in relation to client entertainment.
Maintain and monitor the firm’s internal referral processes and procedures.
Undertake business initiatives for some of the international offices at the direction of the senior partner.
Be responsible for coordinating firm-wide client events and entertainment.
Liaise with Learning and Development
Maintain, develop and promote the firm-wide Client Contact Database.
Be responsible for the development and ongoing management of the firm’s alumni.
